Rev.
William L. Krawczyk
Pastor William Krawczyk was born in Lowell, Massachusetts, the oldest of five children. He attended public schools and graduated from Lowell Trade High School where he learned his trade as a machinist.
His wife, Nancy, was born in Dracut, second in a family of seven children. She graduated from Northern Essex Community College in 1971 as a medical records technician. The Krawczyks were married on September 11, 1971. In February of 1973, after hearing the gospel, Nancy placed her trust in the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior. One year later, in the spring of 1974, Pastor Krawczyk also trusted Jesus Christ as his Savior when he believed the Scriptures in 1 Corinthians 15:3,4 concerning Jesus Christ (For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the scriptures). As the Krawczyks grew in their faith, they served in various ministries in their local assembly at the Fellowship Bible Church of North Andover, Massachusetts. Pastor Krawczyk taught several youth classes, adult Sunday School classes, was Sunday School Director, and served as an Elder. Nancy taught Sunday School classes and helped her husband in various ministries. Recognizing the call of the Lord to the ministry, Pastor Krawczyk attended the Burlington Bible Institute of Burlington, Massachusetts, and graduated in May of 1980. Following his graduation, he lay the groundwork for establishing of the Faith Bible Church in Grafton, Massachusetts, later to be pastored by Rev. Arthur Corbett. In l983, Pastor Krawczyk received a call from the Wayside Bible Baptist Church in Livermore, Maine and served as Interim Pastor for two years. He was ordained to the Gospel ministry in January of 1985 by the Fellowship Bible Church of North Andover, Massachusetts. In 1986, he received a call from the Cornerstone Church of Warwick, Rhode Island, where he served faithfully as Pastor for sixteen years until September of 2002. In November of the same year, he was called by The Church of the Open Bible to be the Assistant Pastor, and in June of 2004 he assumed the position of Pastor.
The Krawczyks have been wonderfully blessed with three children: Two sons, William Louis, Jr. and Michael John, and a daughter, Mrs. Amy Clark, wife of Robert Clark who is Pastor of The Cornerstone Church of Warwick, Rhode Island . The Clarks have added to their joy by presenting them with three grandchildren; Alexis Elizabeth, Andrew William, and Aiden Michael.
