The Church of the Open Bible is an independent, Bible-believing and teaching assembly located in the greater Burlington/Woburn community. Founded in 1884, COB is located just 12 miles outside of Boston and directly off US Highway I-95. Our convenient location provides easy access from almost anywhere in the greater Boston and Southern New Hampshire areas.

We are a Christ-centered, family-oriented body of believers seeking to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that our purpose as a New Testament assembly is as follows:

• Glorify God the Father through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ
  (Ephesians 3:20-21)
• Be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ
  (Romans 12:1-2)
• Edify (build up) believers in Christ through sound doctrine and love
  (Ephesians 4:11-13)
• Proclaim the glorious Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ
  (1 Peter 3:15).

We invite you to view our website and welcome any questions you may have concerning our doctrinal position, ministries, or how you can come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

We also encourage you to join us at any of our worship services or Bible studies as we, like the Church in Berea, "received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so." Feel free to contact us at any time.
